Judges make their way to the bench at the 2009/10 Grand Final (March 2010).
The 2011-2012 competition is now underway. In addition to our standard moots, LUMS will this year include several advocacy rounds, such as criminal law pleas in mitigation, civil applications and commercial issues.
We will be incorporating training in these areas from experts in the field - including our prestigious sponsors, so it should make for a very valuable season for all competitors.
In Addition to the main competition, LUMS has created a junior moot - specifically designed to assist those in first year law, or first time mooters. This will operate as a training scheme with the opportunity to moot in front of senior and barristers alike, with an opportunity to receive feedback that you just cannot get in other competitions.
